Dr. Jason Wells

B.Sc., M.Chiro Grad Dip Animal Chiropractic

Originally from Penrith, NSW Dr Wells moved to Kalgoorlie in 1999 for a two year contract and soon realised that the lifestyle in Kalgoorlie is so good that two years is not enough. So he has stayed on and enjoyed every day here since. In 1993 Dr Wells began studying at Macquarie University in Sydney and after the third year took a years break from study. It was during this time that Dr Wells came to Kalgoorlie with two friends, the city made such an impression on him that after graduating at the end of 1998 rather than taking an offer to work in Sydney and another offer to work in Perth he decided that Kalgoorlie was the perfect place to live.

In 2003 Dr Wells began his Graduate Diploma in Animal Chiropractic at RMIT University in Melbourne. At the completion of this course Dr Wells was one of a small group of Chiropractors and Veterinarians who had university qualifications in animal chiropractic Australia wide.

Dr Wells has seen how effective Chiropractic treatment applied to musculoskeletal disorders can be, and enjoys explaining what measures need to be taken to improve the patients discomfort but more importantly what needs to be done improve the function of their musculoskeletal system. Exercise, diet, posture, as well as specific chiropractic adjustments to the spinal joints and peripheral joints are all pieces of a puzzle that needs to be placed together in order for the patient to feel and function well.
